OptoTest offers a Software Development Kit for customers looking to integrate their test equipment into existing systems. OPL-SDK supports windows 32-and 64-bit environments and a majority of OptoTest equipment.

Use of OPL-SDK carries a Presumption of Competency.
Customers who intend to create programs to control OptoTest equipment are presumed to be familiar and experienced programmers. The OptoTest team is committed to support the installation of OPL-SDK and use of the included sample programs free of charge. Advanced troubleshooting and support for programs created using OPL-SDK is available for an additional cost. Contact OptoTest for more information.

Supported Languages

OPL-SDK supports any language that supports DLLs with STDCALL calling convention in Windows.

Sample Programs Available

Sample programs are available in the following languages: C/C++, Visual Basic, C#, Delphi, LabView, Python.

Linux Support

There is limited Linux support available. Solutions are currently available for the OP510, OP710, and OP720, with additional product lines considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact OptoTest for more information.
