We at OptoTest hope that everyone is staying safe and well-informed during this time. We are fully committed to the health and safety of our employees, customers, vendors, and our community and have implemented new measures to ensure that we can continue providing the product quality and support that our customers rely on.

Additional measures and adjustments to our FMEA/risk analysis plan are as follows:

  • We have placed travel restrictions for our employees and have also limited visits to our facility from outside parties.
  • Many of our team members have transitioned to working remotely. Technology at our disposal has made this possible with little to no disruption to their ability to service both internal and external customers. Contact us at sales@optotest.com or support@optotest.com.
  • Through our vertical integration structure, we have been fortunate enough to avoid significant interruptions to our supply chain. We are still able to meet our fast delivery dates and no orders are negatively impacted. We are committed to being fully transparent on this front and will provide updates as needed.
  • Our production and support teams are fully operational. Team members working on-site are adhering to strict social distancing protocols to maintain a healthy work environment.

Our ability to connect to one another and share information is more important now than ever. We are honored and committed to do our part to help our customers maintain the infrastructure so critical to those efforts.
